I 1st contacted USAir/Michael in the summer when I had an issue with my AC unit. He was prompt and very fair in his pricing. I then had an issue with my heat over a holiday weekend and he still came out to fix the issue. He was professional and fixed the heat, at a fair price,to keep my family warm on this 30 degree night. He is the only person I will ever contact to work on my Heating and AC units.

In addition, he will explain everything to you in detail to let you know exactly what you need and the different options you can pick from. Also, he was willing to come out on his birthday and look to see what the problem was. I highly recommend this company. Michael and his son showed up promptly to give me an estimate. One of the main things that sets this company apart from the rest is the personal service. You don’t get a company phone number to call and talk to a receptionist, you get Michael’s personal cell phone number, which he did answer everytime I called, even at night and even after the job was complete. Michael also personally supervised the installation of my new a/c. It’s not with every company you get the owner of the company coming to supervise. The installers, one of whom was Michael’s son, were very knowledgable and extremely polite and proficient. They provided helpful tips to ensure I get the longest life from my new a/c. Michael told me personally he stakes his own reputation on every single job, so he makes sure the job is completed to the highest standard.

USAir Contractors recently installed a new a/c at our house and the process was great from beginning to end. I was stunned when they actually told me that only the a/c needed replacement as the furnace still had 5-6 years of life in it- out of 7 companies contacted USAir was the only one to tell me this. Everything from first contact to installation went smoothly. When I had an unrelated problem impacting my a/c USAir was at out my house in under an hour to investigate and this was on a Sunday. Let’s face it when it comes to a/c every company is trying to sell you the exact same thing. At the end of the day your decision is going to come down to either price and/or who you can trust. Lucky for me I was able to find price and trust in the same company – USAir Contractors.

Michael’s team was outstanding. He replaced our HVAC at an affordable price, and his crew was top notch. Michael was onsite checking each step in the process to verify that everything was done properly. First, I must say that my husband (god love him) called another company earlier this week to figure out why the central air stopped working. They told us we had “a bad unit” and needed to replace it (which they said would have cost over $1000 bucks) so of course, we wanted a second opinion. We called US Air and Michael and his son showed up within an hour. After what seemed like 10 minutes, Michael explained exactly why the system was not working (something to do with a circuit – he sounded like he knew his stuff in and out!) – and in less than an hour my home was cool as can be. (for less than a quarter of the cost mind you) I never write reviews, but this time I really felt I needed to spread the word. From experience, I can tell you that this is one company you can trust to do the right thing for their customers.

There were many challenges with my new system installation. The installers Rodney and Leon, were extremely courteous and kept me constantly informed on what was happening. Though it took some extra time than we all anticipated, they never lost patience. They were completely dedicated to getting it done right and to my satisfaction. I have had several HVAC companies come to our house and give us a written quote for the supply and intallation of a new HVAC system however U S Air provided the (best service ever) from the first call to customer service, the quote specialist to the install. They have a god like presence and serve the customer with a smile. They are honest and trustworthy, thank you Michael and Rodney for an awesome experience.
